Roll
Printer fit — 3" core, 8" outer diameter. This is an industrial roll. It needs a printer with a 3″ media spindle — Zebra ZT/ZM series, Honeywell PM/PX, SATO CL-NX, TSC MH/MB, Datamax I-Class and similar. It will not fit a desktop printer such as the Zebra ZD421, Rollo, DYMO or Brother QL, which take a 1″ core.
Thermal transfer — ribbon required. These print nothing without a ribbon. You need one at least as wide as the label, in a formulation matched to this facestock.
Materials, adhesive performance, storage, shelf life and regulatory information are common to this
range and are documented on our
label materials & compliance page.

Check three things before you order
Core size & roll diameter
This is the most common cause of a wrong order. Industrial and table-top printers take 3" core rolls up to roughly 8" outer diameter. Desktop printers take 1" core rolls up to roughly 5" outer diameter. A 3" core roll will not fit a desktop printer, and a 1" core roll will spin freely on an industrial spindle.
This label: 3" core, 8" outer diameter
Label width
The label must be equal to or narrower than your printer’s maximum print width — a 4" printer will not feed a 4.5" label. If you are printing thermal transfer, your ribbon also needs to be at least as wide as the label.
This label: 4" × 6"
Ribbon required
These are thermal transfer labels and will print nothing at all without a ribbon — the ribbon carries the ink onto the label. You will need a ribbon at least as wide as the label, in a formulation matched to this facestock. Thermal transfer print resists heat, light and abrasion far better than direct thermal, which is why it is used for anything that has to stay legible.
