Laser sheet labels are engineered specifically to survive the intense mechanical and thermal stresses found inside desktop and enterprise office printers.
Non-Ooze Adhesive Engineering: Standard labels can fail in laser printers because the intense heat of the fuser assembly causes the adhesive to liquefy and bleed out from the edges, damaging internal rollers and drums. Our sheets feature specialized non-ooze acrylic adhesives that remain stable under extreme fuser heat.
Precision Die-Cuts: Each sheet is die-cut with tight tolerances to prevent individual labels from peeling off mid-cycle, while retaining enough matrix grid to pass smoothly through tight multi-purpose paper trays without lifting.
Substrate Absorbency: The white facestock is chemically optimized to instantly lock toner particles from laser systems or pigments from inkjet systems, ensuring smudge-resistant text and high-contrast barcodes immediately out of the delivery tray.
